Where is everyone? Why are there only the tailed beasts attacking Madara?

Shouldn't they be doing the same thing they did against Obito to finish Madara off quickly? Like, Tobirama teleporting SM Naruto or Naruto + Sasuke merging Susanoo + Kurama?

What of Hiruzen and Orochimaru? We had a panel of them two working together and that was all. And the 5 Kage, even if they are weaker than Madara couldn't they be giving some support damage at least?

I don't get it...

Problem is that there is only 1 villain and there are so many characters on the good side to give panel time to . Most of them are just watching the show .

Yeah.

It was clearly shown at the beginning of the chapter that they backed off from the battlefield. Madara jumped at the Bijuu, if they all jumped in they would get stepped on.
