Why didint naruto meet the one tails when he meet all the bijuus with kurma? in the episode today.
and why aren tobi using the one tail when he succeded to drain it out of gaara

and i didnt got something did naruto got another power up since he got chakras from all bijus????

naruto was able to meet them all when he was trying to pull the chakra rods. whilke doing it they were somehow syncronized, resulting with that meeting. since one tails is inside the gedo statue naruto wasn't able to syncronize with him

Tobi does not have the body of the jincuriki of the 1 tails, thus he cant summon it like the other ones... thus it is still in the statue....

Tobi never made a new jinchuuriki for the one-tails. That's the best reason I've got.
