Again a chapter where we don't see Neji at all. It was even said that every taijutsu user should attack Madara, but we don't see Neji? I tell you guys, Kishi is scheming something concerning him

My guess is...Masashi Kishimato, after thinking out the story, started on the drawing. He then proceeded to inking and background.(which i think is done by assistants.) after the finished product, he forwarded it to his editor. It's really time consuming doing what he does, and to his credit, he has kept up a impressive pace with the manga. I don't think i would do anything as consistently, or as long as he has. In between furthering the story and getting in some fight scenes, he realized he didn't have time for character development, and that the fans would flame his behind, if he spent one chapter developing the characters instead of having things blow up. So that's my two cents.

You don't need feats to prove anything. Even accomplishing a feat is up to lady luck, he might not come by a legendary evil ninja to fight, like some others have.
