There was no official announcement stating that there will be a break this week. Kishi had time before New Years to do this weeks chapter 661. He will however most likely take the week of the 8th and 15th off. I think there is just a delay with the people who scan/translate it. Every other site seems to be saying it's coming this week, while a handful are now saying it's not going to be until X.
