Well Warlords are all Pirates right where is Mihawk crew mates was it even stated or talked about?

Shouldn't Zorro be apart of his crew if he had one.

Because the story has NOTHING to do with Mihawk so far.
And why would Zoro leave his crew, are you dense? was there not multiple chapter of early character development for zoro and luffy and their bond as crew members? Geez.

Kuma was a pirate before he became a Shichibukai.
Kuma was seen with Dragon during Aces flashback so its safe to say that he was with Dragon from the begining and not a Pirate.
I have read theories that he was a Marine alongside Dragon (There is this group shot of all the Marines when they're young and there are 2 guys that look like Dragon and Kuma)

See the scan above. All the Shichibukai were pirates. It's not impossible for Kuma to have been both a Pirate and then a Revolutionary later on.

It was directly said again and again in the series that the shichibukais are pirates.

Kuma was a revolutionary from the beginning but likely went undercover by becoming a pirate, aiming for the shichibukai position to get closer to the WG.

I think he doesn't have one, excluding Perona, and that in the OPverse pretty much anyone who does some questionable stuff on the seas automatically becomes labelled as a 'pirate'. Simply put their definition of a pirate is a criminal at sea.

You're on the right track. Anyone who flies a Jolly Roger is considered a pirate iirc.
