Where is Konan now and what is she doing?

I think she will/has returned to her village to protect it and will just be the new leader

well with a 4th war on the horizon ...we could well see her return to help out naruto! specially as Pain was being bossed by Madara and the only reason Konan was with them was for Negato only! so im sure she will re-emerge in the near future!

Either she is alive or presumed deceased, since Madara ,most likely took Nagato's body and wants to remove the Rinnegan, and knowing Konan she probably resisted and tried to stop him but ended up either in a Genjutsu or killed by Madara.

she's probably taken charge of amegakure and return with an army or squad to assist naruto's team at some stage but nothing too dramatic....
