If you look at this scan , you can see sharingan in left eye of Obito-BZ ! it was the place for rinnegan , that now madara has it !

so here it is , madara swapped kakashi's sharingan with obito's rinnegan and made BZ take control over obito and trasport both of them back from kamui dimension !

and now Obito is unconscious ( or dead ) and HIS eye (the right one) is just closed !! but the sharingan is still there behind his closed eye !

Wrong. BZ was always on the Rinnegan side. Now Obito has both.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but BZ's side was where the Rinnegan was.

So unless Madara plucked it out, swapped it with Kakashi's MS, plucked Obito's MS out, and then shoved the MS in BZ's side, instead of simply swapping Rinnegan for Kakashi's MS, then no.
