Where is Kakashi ranked now?

I think everyone can agree that Kakashi was part of the Top 20 when he had his Sharingan.

Now that his Sharingan (Kamui/Copy Abilities) is gone, where is he ranked?

He just doesn't have Kamui anymore.
He has already copied and mastered enough Jutsu to still be relevant.

TBH, the only Perks he gets are Basic Sharingan abilities and Kamui. I like Kakashi without Sharingan more imo.

Kid Kakashi stopped being cool once he got Sharingan.
Once that dude got Sharingan, he just became a one-eyed better Kid Sasuke.​

He needed sharingan just to learn them. He still knows them all. As for Raikiri... he can use it, he did it before without sharingan, the only difference will be that he can't time it as well since he no longer is able to predict the opponet's moves.

The Rasengan is a whole different technique than Rakiri.......I fail to see what it has to do with anything.

Even though Kakashi was definatly a talented kid. He most likely became a jounin at that age because of them being in times of war. They had no time to prep a proper graduation test.

The eyes take in "messages" from the outside world and relay them to the brain to be stored as memories. Unless the Sharingan has a special property that makes it like a brain cell, it's not possible for him to forget everything he learned just from losing an eye.
