Where is Kabuto?

Is he still in/ near Tobi's hideout (the skeleton graveyard thing). I was wondering since I was trying to think of way the shinobi army could rescue Yamato. If Itachi goes and kills Kabuto, than raids the base maybe he could save him (and Anko for that matter).

On a side note, did kabuto put anko up his dress , that was kinda weird.

Yamato, will not be rescued he is needed for Kabuto's plan.

Kabuto is at Tobi's hideout.
I think he is reserving Anko's body to experiment since she is compatible with cursed mark.
