Hiruzen can use Kage bunshin himself(remember his last battle against Orochimaru), so why didn't he just help? Is it because he can't use them and maintain the barrier at the same time like other Hokages can? Because Tobirama said something like "this is my limit(of KB) while maintaining the barrier". Or, did Kishi only forgot him?
