This is just my take on it, but I personally believe everything points to the "Reaper" in the Shiki Fuujin Technique being Hamura.

Shiki Fuujin holds a pretty prominent part in the series, as well as in the Uzumaki clan. We now understand a bit more about the Uzumaki's as well.

I think Shiki Fuujin will be the technique that ends it all, to be completely honest. I also believe the power that Hagoromo gave both Sasuke and Naruto isn't power, but part of his soul. Thus, when it's used it'll seal that "power" and not their souls. We'll find out.
