if you are talking about a RP jutsu. dont waste your time cause ocular jutsus require you be here for i think 2 years.. Specially if its custom....

0-tome Runnarkyougan (Dorment)
1-tome Blood Eye
2-tome Murder Eye
3-tome Death Eye

Based off the Rinnegan, Byakugan, and sharingan. If I had a camera I would upload what It looks like
