Where does saskue fit in through all this chaos?

So i was recently thinking about the recent events and finding out tobi is obito but a question hit me: why is tobi so into saskue? he was hesitating to give saskue to kabuto, and what was the reason tobi allied with saskue. Was just because saskue is an uchicha or was it for his sharingan? pleases give me some thoughts. (on a side note what are oro and saskue going to do?)
