Yachiru might be Kenpachi's Zanpakuto. But Sanpo Kenju is a thing, clearly unrelated to his Shikai or Bankai. I didn't see any fluffy huggable monsters next to Kenpachi in that fight, just a roided out Demon Berzerker Kenpachi.
So, what do you guys think Sanpo Kenju is? Maybe Yachiru isn't actually Nozarashi. Maybe Yachiru's Bankai lets he turn people into Berzerker Demons on Steroids? Maybe Kenpachi is just having a dream in his healing pod, while Gerard gets wrecked by Gissele Gewelle and Shaz Domino.
Chances are, this crap is going to be explained in chapter 670, while Gerard turns into a giant Flamingo.
