Controlling the juubi =/= becoming its host

Unless it requires senju dna in order to remain the jinchuuriki (which is possible but not confirmed).

There's nowhere said in the manga that you need Senju DNA to become Juubi's host.
But it would be pointless to become the Juubi's host if you can't control it. So, to control it, you need Senju DNA, in short Rinnegan. If Sasuke becomes the Juubi Jinchuuriki and is able to control the Juubi without Senju DNA, then it would be a BIG PLOT HOLE because then what all things Madara and Obito did to became the Juubi's host would be pointless. In short, on a twisted path, it says that you need Senju DNA to become the Juubi's host.

It makes sense that you need both Senju and Uchiha DNA to have complete control of the Juubi.

I don't think it is officially confirmed anywhere. Just from how we've seen Madara and Obito interact with it suggests that Senju DNA is needed. But it isn't exactly confirmed anywhere so far as I know.

EDIT: I am following what we know about the Jinchuuriki based on the manga. For instance, 9 tails has only ever had Uzumaki hosts since their large chakra reserves allow them to be compatable with the Kyuubi. It wouldn't surprise me that the same logic goes for the Juubi and Senju chakra eserves or DNA.
