Ino - Housewife
Chouji - Jounin (muscles now, no fat!)
Shikamaru - Married to temari, Jounin commander, Naruto's right hand man!
Naruto - Hokage (Maybe leader of shinobi alliance for dat peace)
Sasuke - Dead or redeemed (could go either way, I'd say redeemed though)
Sakura -
Hinata - Having many blonde babies (Maybe head of hyuuga)
Tenten - Jounin with the banana fan
Lee - Jounin (famous all over the world for being the best taijutsu kid ever!)
Kiba - What you said!
Shino - Jounin
Sai - Jounin (leader of first ever konoha group therapy session)
Neji - remembered for being so damn epic!

Ino - She will be the head of the Intel division as she gets more proficient with her clan's abilities. She will also get married.

Chouji - Definitely a Jounin, probably be the strongest his clan has ever seen and he will be more muscular than anything.

Shikamaru - Naruto's second hand man for sure. Gets married to Temari.

Naruto - Hokage, and the new God of Shinobi (But he will literally have SO6P powers). Also will be married to Hinata.

Sasuke - Either will die against Naruto or Naruto will finally bring him back and have him redeemed and they will end up leading the strongest two man Shinobi squad the Shinobi world has ever seen. He will not end up with Sakura though. It's way too detrimental.

Sakura - Best Medical Ninja in the World after Tsunade dies. Will watch over the Academy and will probably be a teacher.

Hinata - Married to Naruto, and has kids. Head of the Hyuga clan.

Tenten - Jounin, becomes more proficient with the fan and helps out at the academy.

Lee - Will be a Sensei like Gai, and will go down as one of the most proficient Taijutsu users ever!

Kiba - Well, I don't know what would happen with him... Probably will leave the village like you said.

Shino - He's ambiguous as well. Probaly will be a Jounin held in high regard by Naruto.

Sai - Head of the Root and obviously a Jounin.

Neji - Dead obviously, but everyone will remember him as the Hyuga prodigy/genius

lol kakashi and sai shared similarities?

Yup, quite a lot.
- Both iconically seen reading a pocketbook
- Death of someone they though of as a brother caused them to change their lives dramatically.
- Both learn the lesson to not be such @ssholes and get taught friendship.
- Both quiet and relaxed as people
- They both talk in very similar ways
- Whenever they share dialogue there is a clear link drawn between them.

Or maybe it's just me. I still see Sai becoming a sensei of some sort.
