I don't see where people get the idea anyone who says something remotely negative about Hiruzen is a Hashi fan.

We rank Hashi because an legend liuke madara praised him and a strong dude like kabuto said he was fairy tale on the other hand who praised hiruzen for the strongest kage, Iruka???? a fodder...

Altough he has major awesome stats, he has no OP'd tricks or signature moves, besides Enma.

Edo Madara is Edo
Hashi has hype, and Mokuton
Kabuto has DSM and edo's
Minato has FTG
Itachi has Yata and Totsuki blade, MS
Naruto has BM & SM
Sasuke has EMS
Muu has invisibility and Juuton
Nagato 6 paths user
Obito has Senju, MS and Mokuton.

These 10 alone can beat Hiruzen IMO, so no top ten, and even with sick stats, he can be beaten by many.
