Tbh, he's capable of fighting without using his right arm. He did not live to be elderly by izanagi'ing his way out of everything. Kotoamatsukami one shots most people in the Manga, (I dont know of any counters yet) and of the current Kage (without kotoamatsukami) he would only need to use his Sharingarm on Raikage and tsuchikage. Mainly because of Tsuchikage's Jinton one shots and Raikage's speed. Sacrificing one eye is all that is needed to kill Raikage though, as he can place the paralysis seal when Raikage connects. Other than those two, He can Futon and curse seal the others. (Yes, i do believe Shinkuha can cut through Gaara's sand. And if it comes down too it, he can Izanagi past the sand.
