Depends on what kind of new stuff you're looking for, food, I'd guess Japan. There's also tons of places worth visiting, like shrines, mountain Fuji, And there's always festivals someplace somewhere, Tokyo is the place most worth visiting, there's tons of amazing places to get traditional dishes and there's also otaku bars. Great place to go for any anime or manga fan.
