I only counted 3 victories thus far:
1. When they were in the academy
2. Part 1 Valley of End
3. At Orochimaru's lair
The only other times they fought were either inconclusive battles or not really battles at all:
There was no winner to the roof top battle in part 1 because Kakashi broke it up before either of them could actually be knocked out, killed, or put in an incapacitated position to the point at which you could really call them defeated. Plus, Naruto's rasengan did more damage to the water tower, so if you count that then it would be Sasuke 3 - 1 against Naruto. Of course I don't count this so don't get mad at me.
Their rasengan/ chidori clash at the Kage summit was just a clash. Nothing more. It wasn't a fight and nobody got defeated. If you mention that poison kunai, Naruto ran into that himself on his own will in order to save Sakura. It was not Sasuke's feat. Plus, if you count a kunai slash that Naruto wasn't even expecting or focused on as a win for Sasuke, then you may as well count Naruto tying up Sasuke at the beginning of part 1 as a win for Naruto despite Sasuke not expecting it.
The current battle is not over yet. Therefore this can't count for anyone yet.
