It's not about that, most of people come to Narutobase for Forums, to talk about plot, new manga chapter or share some ideas/theories they have, most people read Manga on Reader, Viz, Stream, Panda etc..

So Japanese should also have a forum or something like that - a place where everyone can talk about the same manga

I was living in Japan for 6 months. Not to be rude, but they kind of have their own language and culture over there. Most don't feel the need to learn English for the sole purpose of coming on this site and arguing with people.
