You cant be too sure, all you saw were the spiral zetsu and the edo tensei zetsus. The zetsu with one arm is enough trouble. Wouldnt be surprised if he comes when new anime of naruto comes.

The one-armed Zetsu should still be out there because we didn't see his death. But we know Kishi.. he just forgot him.. like other things like Hashiramas Jutsu (which he gave Sasuke to stop Madara), the sage's tools, Byakugan for Narutos children etc.

swirly and wz and the same thing. IT victims. so any remaining zetsu should have met the fate of swirly who died for whatever reasone kishi wanted. i think its bc the IT was undone, and the gedo/kaguya was sealed.
