Where did tobi come from? THEORY

I would not make this a long one but in the manga it is said that Kushina's chakra were special. She came from the Whirlpool village where it has good alliance with konoha, her chakra chain was shown previously during the Naruto vs Ninetails episode...

Now this is where it starts, tobi always has the design of the whirlpool on his mask and seemingly uses sealing and unique techniques more than any shinobi had...it is said that whirlpool village is feared from this...that village was long gone but there were a few survivors...

i has a doubt in this also because even in the last chapter tobi uses some chai justu like Kushinas to control the six tails
