Where did Minato's kunai came from?

When Minato activated Sage Mode, then his kunai was immediately near Madara in an instant?

Did he threw it or did he use his Sage Mode to teleport his kunai in front Madara so he don't have to throw it?

Any of you guys that knows about it?

Madara is god now. He also has sm. The good part is, Minato is still standing even after fighting a juubi jin. The senjus were fodderized by a less powerful Madara. Dat Minato!
