Where did Minato learnt Rasenga and ... ?

Minato taught jiraya sensei rasenga meaning it was not jiraya who taught him. Yesterday I was just confused that killer b was amazed when Naruto showed him rasenga (during his training with naruto) because it was similar to the TBB or so. Probably killer B was thinking the inventor of such jutsu must have seen a TBB before! But the first time minato ever fought a TB was during Konoha attack during which he died. Meaning that he must have learnt rasenga before this time.
Another amazing thing was that he knew the RDS and even taught the 3rd Hokage who was acknowledged to know almost all jutsu in Konoha.

Minato must have learnt the RDS from Kushina/Mito. As for rasenga I guessed it's either from one of Hashirama scroll or smth because hitherto Hashirama was the only one who must have seen a TBB.

Any other idea?

there are numerous ways he could have got the idea from the tbb like some people have said he has fought with a and bee and seeing how hashirama could control the bijuu he would have wrote down what bijuu can do like a tbb or he may have seen kushina do it say if she lost control like naruto has done

now how he got is probably from seeing a tailed beast preform a TBB but why do you think that the konoha attack was the first time minato saw a tailed beast ?? i know for sure that he created it before he became a hokage, so he probably saw one of the jinchuuriki's preform it before (maybe killer bee) looking at the time period he was in. remember we don't know everything about this character's history or what he saw.

true, he did learn the rasengan (and we saw him show it to naruto right before his wind training) so he tried to fuse the rasengan with lightning but failed, yet it helped him come up with chidori (that was a little kakashi who clearly was before the konoha attack).

RDS was not jointly developed by Hiruzen and Minato. Minato taught Hiruzen as Hiruzen himself even confirmed this during his fight with Orochimaru.
