Where did Minato learned FTG and why nobody else can use it like him?

Food for thought: If FTG relies on seals then why can't Kushina use it? If it is more of being a ninjutsu then why can't a sharingan copy it? If it's a Hiden Technique then why need 3 people to perform it? The only thing a sharingan can't copy is KKG but FTG can't be a KKG because Minato was able to teach it to his bodyguards...Damn Kishi....=D

Perhaps it's a Hidden Technique, but relies heavily on huge chakra pool or chakra control. This could also be the reason why it is rare, or it takes three people to execute the jutsu aside from Minato & Tobirama.

It's because he used his intelligence and studied the seals of uzumaki and other seals to make FTG efficient for him. Some of these seals and parts of the technique take a long time to go, and it takes a lot of skill. Probably onlythe people who have created or like Minato who made it different ...for him (and created seals kunais, to go along with it) know it because it's that diverse for a technique.
