IMO:

Right: Having a masked man who we had to guess, which kept us on the edge of our seats.

Wrong: Reviving Orochimaru and Hokages (except for Minato). It was just fanservice, we didnt need to see Hiruzen or Tobirama.

He went wrong very early on in the war when he made it apparent that the good side would keep winning.

He went wrong with all the stupid plot holes to move the story along.

His worst move however was the Tobi is Obito thing. If it wasn't bad enough that it was insanely predictable and thought of for years he handled it horribly. He could have made the reveal and motive so much better. Instead we just got "let's hear my out this world survival story and Rin motives for being evil. Then listen to me whine and be stupid!"

If the Hokages/Oro weren't revived, do you honestly believe the ASF could win the war? Thanks to all of that, the Kage are still alive too.

The enemies are stronger than in part 1, so obiously the protagonists have to get stronger too. I admit that Kishimoto could've done a lot of things in a better way, but I can oversee mistakes that don't affect the big picture at the end of the day.

Minato was the only hokage who needed to be revived. He needs to give Naruto the other part of the chakra, and forgive Obito.

Tobirama saved Naruto and Sasuke's lives, and allowed Naruto to get a hit on Juubito. Hashirama is good for keeping MAdara at bay, Minato's been a good help and Hiruzen... well... he saved Naruto's life too! XD

They were necessary to bring balance back to the ASF after most had been wiped out and everything was left down to Naruto, who simply can't solo Madara and Juubito. Even if Sasuke had come of his own accord to help, the battle is still too heavily in favour for the enemy.

@Bolded Why does everyone forget Gaara is only 16? :eww: The only Kage they could've afforded to lose were Tsunade or Ay, as Kumo and Konoha have good candidates but as for Kiri or Iwa, we've never seen anyone whose power would put them anywhere close to their predecessors.

I shall say where he went wrong.

-Fourth Shinobi World War [many missed opportunities, too many characters..]
-Making it too obvious that Obito was Tobi and not justifying Obito's reason well enough
-Handling Sasuke, bringing back Orochimaru, Edo Hokages [Hashirama, Tobirama could have got feats from Madara flashbacks, Obito could have gave Minato flashbacks]
-Not killing the Five Kages [other than Gaara and maybe Mei]
-Not enough screen-time for K11​

Other than that, he's doing fine. Invasion of Pein [until TnJ] was flawless in my opinion, and Masashi handled Itachi and the rest of the Akatsuki well as well.

Biggest wrong mark; Rinne-rebirth from Nagato at the pain invasion arc. That is my only big peeve. If you're going to kill characters, they stay dead.

I was fine with the hokage thing. But they didn't die, they took wayyyyy too much panel time away from the final fight. tbh we didn't need to know who the F created FTG or shadow clones. It was fan service, and it was also filler so the alliance didn't seem super weak vsing obito. It's not over yet so i won't judge it until its over. I also hated how J-man died, it could have been alot more epic, i wanted J-man in on this reunion.
