where did juubi come from?

does anyone know what is he? and y he has the eye which is combination of sharingan and rinnegan

1 - The 9 tomoe, is the symbol of all 9 tailed beasts.
2 - He came from i dont know but must of been alive millions of years ago since the s06p fought it.
3 - The rinnegan, rings i have no clue about.
4 - What we also do know is, it's body was made the moon.
5 - Overall the beast is Very Very old, like mythical towards the characters in naruto now, just like the s06p was.

1- if so6p created 9 tbs then 9 tomos must not have a relation with nine tbs because those were in juubis eye before so6p create them
