Where did Inner Sakura go

Sakura matured and became independent so she doesn't need her anymore. You could say that they became one.

her inner became part of her outer....if you notices she acts the same as inner. Before she would be calm in rl but inside would be mad as heck. Shippudden if she mad as heck she is mad as heck.

So simply she became innner sakura.
