Where did Akatsuchi go?

We all remember him. Akatsuchi, the huge loyal, and kind of funny guy who appears to be the tsuchikages right hand. Yes here he is with the tuschikage:

Here we see him for the very last time (so far):

He stands behind tsuchikage at the command center, but here, when tsunade and raikage comes back after talking to naruto and bee, he is gone:

Where did he go? Did Kishi forget about him? Anyway if you can find him I will be grateful, but I doubt you can xD Perhaps Kishi forgot him though he seems to be important somewhat, if I were to guess, probably a student of the tsuchikage (given the flying ability etc.)

Perhaps he was taken captive by kabuto/deidara too, at some point kishi didn't show us, but later he might will, we know white zetsu already made contact with him at kage summit, perhaps they planted him as a spy in the HQ, would be a pretty awesome turn of events, and it could turn this war for good! Then when every kage was gone he went out to send all information as nobody noticed.
