simple, if you have a good android smart phone go to the play store and download "Yupelis" or "Softpelis" the app may be in Spanish i think, but you can change it to English. You can watch anime movie there, and of course download it.
same goes with iPhone, should be there.

Dunno if it'll work, also, the app changes name when it gets actualized
