Where can I upload a video longer than 15 minutes?

My bird died, he didn't live long, I recorded his burial... youtube never uploaded anything from the phone and photobucket said it's to long a video, to big a file...

Anywhere I can upload Cactus's burial (the bird, he hatched premature because the cactus he's named after fell on my car, he wasn't going to live long, but I wanted him to have a happy, loving, even though short life)

youtube does you have to put your phone number to be able to upload longr than 15 minutes, also if uploading doesnt work try to put the video from your phone to pc then upload it on your pc to youtube

Jokes aside, I'm sure youtube got rid of their 15 min. rule. RIP to your bird btw.
