where can i join a group?

where can i get a Sensei?
Or
where do i go to learn jutsus?
Or
can anyone give me some tips around the base? Anything will do :3

Welcome to the base, Most of the time you must find a group you like and ask to join, As for the Sensei's well you have to ask them and if they have time they will train you. There is also a search tool at the top use that to read the rules and stuff so you are ahead of the game.
