It has pretty much everything you need. Now I remember why: it was removed because the Viz Media is now looking out for Official Versions of the Scans. The DB deletion was prevent unnecessary attention from Viz Media. It wouldn't be good for NB if they see a single Viz Scan.

Well, they would probably sell the English copies on eBay, amazon, etc. They would also be sold in bookstores as well. For example, from where I live, Barnes & Nobles and Borders would sell those hard copies. Never really bought one though.

Weird. I've never really looked into it, but as far as I've seen there have only ever been actual manga chapters for sale. I'll have to check again.

Well yeah, it depends on where you live as well. Some bookstores do have it and some don't. The link I posted has information straight from the DB. But the scans really isn't there unfortunately. hmm
