Go to the House of Uzumaki section on NF. There's a thread called "Kakashi's Light Novel". All the links are there.

The translator is OrganicDinosaur (a moderator of Naruto subreddit). It's stickied up top on their page.

Up to chapter 6 has been transated into English. I believe OD said somewhere that chapter 7 is going to be posted in a day or two.

There's no release date for an official English publication from VIZ. It's fan translated.
