[Question] Where can I find good quality one piece scans?

I recently started reading One Piece (just finished the drum-island arc) but I've found that most sites have bad quality scans for the older chapters.

I found this site which is pretty good but the issue is that it goes down pretty often

Most manga sites will have...not great quality when it comes to scans.
I tend to read all mine at mangareader or read the volumes I have bought. Rarely reread chapters though.

OnePieceBay.net has good scans. Only reason I mentioned this is because unlike other sites, OPB isn't slow as hell....
