I'm not too sure what you meant by "anime parts" but there are 366 episodes of Bleach, plus 4 movies. The anime has been cancelled but the manga is still ongoing. As for downloads, try finding torrents

You're going to need a bittorrent client first. Don't order the blu-rays/DVDs. They're really expensive. In my opinion, downloading anime is way better than watching it online and streaming since downloaded anime is higher quality.
