Where are the Yata Mirror and Totsuka blade?

The Sword&Mirror stay with Itachi's soul. When he was reanimated he still had both of them, Therefor they are bound to his soul.

Those weapons are coming with the title of Solo King. Not for common folks to use U_U

Yata + Totsuka artifacts are ethereal weapons. They do not exist in the physical world. It's inseperable from Itachi as Manga time again proves Sacred Weapons are sentient like Kusanagi(Orochimaru can remotely control it), Samehada, Seven Swordsmen's Blades. Samehada only follows it's master. Totsuka and Yata likewise know thier Master and doesn't allow not souls/physical matter to wield them.
