where are the other two zetsus?

There are four zetsu in total one is the spiral pattern zetsu that hangs with obito and there's another zetsu that has half madara's will but where is the other two missing zetsu's?

And? Think those two are just some random zetzus from the gedo-mazo, off somewere doing work that madura made them to do, or something.
