Where are the dub episodes, you wonder?

Well.. as of right now, it's unknown.

I will give you my guess:

1. Either the Naruto Shippuden Movie 3 English Dub is holding them back to be released.

2. Or the new Neon Alley Schedule might have a bit of interference.

Those two reason might be holding up the release of the episodes.

Good news is the box set schedule to be release Jan. 29, 2013, so it shouldn't be much longer. Patience dub fans.

You sure.. you heard Obito's voice. Obito's voice is not deep.

I believe you're talking about his Tobi persona, lol. He has a deep voice in the japanese audio as well.

I don't watch english dubbed considering its so far behind in the japanese dubbed..... It also dosn't show on TV anymore.... At least not here anyways. I think both the english and the japanese dub are just fine, I did watch naruto first in english dubed after all, but it stop showing on tv.... So I had to go online for that... Though they at least need to make more english dubed movies, I can rent it and watch it on the tv insted of a small ass screen laptop sitting for like an hour or 2 watching the movie.
