"SOPA" did not pass, however the US did sign into ACTA, an international (EU) agreement that is more restrictive in many ways and was not heavily publicized in the states.

Be careful dude a lot of people misinterpritate the data, come on your thread and tell you kishi said him self hiruzen is the strongest ^^ class examples. You have to prove them wrong.
