Really, I like this manga so far, but the last few months, something has more and more bothered me. It is the limited perspective we get since the escape from Grace Field.
While the story was set in Grace Field, we constantly had Isabella (and Krone) as the antagonist, and the kids always had to work their way around her while making their plans for escape. And additionally, we got small glimpses of the demon leaders of the farm here and there and the interactions between Isabella and the demons (also the grandmother).
But since the escape, we got no actual antagonist and no inside to the demon leaders at all. The closest thing was that one "hunter demon", who lead the search party for the kids, and he actually had a little bit of built up as the current antagonist - just to get off-paneled by Sung-Joo.
Now we have the man from the shelter, but, despite the conflict which surely will break out and has to be resolved between him and Emma/Ray while they are outside on their way, he doesnt strike me as an actual antagonist. And, again, we had no scene with the demon leaders ever since over 20 chapters. This is really starting to turn me off this series...
