Where are Bee and Yamato?

Yamato could have been very helpful in this war with his mokuton.I know Kishi has done this on purpose. And where is Bee?

They are not main characters and, therefore, cannot defeat the villains. If they do fight the villains, they would be defeated to show how powerful the main villains are and the plot wouldn't advance because we already know that the villains are powerful.
