I don't have a absolute on this though I find the reincarnation/spiritual/all=energy the most plausible. Heaven and hell is just laughable when going by the religious interpretations of it.

Laughing at Heaven / Hell and believing in Reincarnation?

Something has to happen. I don't think we just vanish.

That sounds like denial / not wanting to think that there is nothingness in death

Like I said, I don't deal in absolutes. Reincarnation just sounds interesting to me but that's all.
And yeah, the religious concept of heaven and hell is laughable. Any legit argument? I have yet to encounter one.

The whole concept of "life after death" never made much sense to me. For that to be possible, we would have to have souls. And no such existence of any 'souls' have ever been found. Every thing we do, consciously and subconsciously, is all a byproduct of chemical reactions and electrical signals in our* brain. Every thing that makes you who you are is a result of this. Not a soul. Just my view.

Even when your brain and Heart is stopped, according to thousands patients testimony, while they were clinically died, they saw everything out of their body. While they were died, They were able to describe with details what doctors did, describe the roof, what was in other's levels room etc...
Somewhat materialism science is just part of science which doesn't explain everything.

If people claimed that when they died and had an outer body experience, seeing their body in third person view and seeing the people trying to revive him or he goes and met people that he knew that pass before him, then I believe there isn't nothing when we die.

There is something, that we can't see or understand until we are put into that situation.

I know someone that died from a heart attack, and saw himself dead while paramedics tried to revive him.
He told me that he also met love ones that passed away, but then he had a feeling that it wasn't his time to go and all of a sudden something pulled him back into his body.

Nothing wrong in believing in an afterlife,as I do and hearing that from him just made me believe in it even more.

Interesting Topic. I think all of us would have our our philosophies in this regard. Personally, I don't believe in the concept of nothingness just as I don't believe in the logic surrounding Heaven and Hell. The fact is, you cannot experience anything without opposition. How will people experience eternal bliss in Heaven when they don't know the feeling of loss and vice-versa? We all know that memories begin to fade away as we age, and the concept of eternal makes the notion even more absurd, because as you would live for, let's assume 500 or so years in the said realm, by that time you would have completely forgotten your past life and the related emotions.

You would have no experiences in Heaven or hell then, as in this world, you know light exists because we have night, Love exists because you have hate, pleasure exists as you experience pain. This absence of yin and yang renders heaven and hell absolute for me. Nothingness doesn't exist in my opinion, as I do believe in spiritual existence that is the aggregate of our consciousness. I fully believe it exists in form of energy and is confined to the flesh, and death frees it. Nothingness has that note of eternity to it, and I don't believe in anything eternal. Whatever is created must meet an end, regardless of the fact that it may or may not be brought to a physical existence or not. I firmly believe in this abstraction, at least.

Reincarnation seems the only feasible option then, that whatever leaves the body is brought back to the living realm of form. But this concept scares me more than anything else. I would rather choose nothingness than be born over and over again without any memories of my past lives. The very thought of it makes me shudder. It's that scary. The eternal experience of death, without memories. I would never want such a fate for myself.

My mind's blank...I don't want to think about deaths right now..even if hypothetical.

Then again, I'd feel lost if I suddenly lost everything.
