When do you think we'll get to see the big dogs again? By big dogs I am referring to ,

Mihawk
Shanks
Akainu
Aokiji
Marco
Dragon
Weeble
Gorosie
Kiadu

I'm hoping to see what teach and aokiji have been up too. Especially after the encounter with dragon. Oda got me hyped on so many tings at once just to not mention it again. Teach destroying dragons lair and weeble killing off all these crews, I want him to finally start following up on some of this stuff. I should be hyped on big mom but it pales in comparasion to everything else going on. And we can't forget the reverie

Mihawk - probably after Wano arc.

Shanks - I honestly have no idea.. probably after wano arc as well.. and hopefully we get to see him fight someone serious!

Akainu - no idea.

Aokiji - no idea.. maybe with Blackbeard..

Marco - after this arc / during Wano arc possibly..

Dragon - after this arc, during the Reverie, I hope..

Weevil - maybe next arc..

Gorosei - no idea.

Kaido - end of this arc / next arc.

The fact that you know what everybody is up to means that the big dogs are always on the background part of the bigger picture. So I think you can expect them constantly. Especially in the yonkou extravaganza we're in now.

Did you expect Blackbeard telling us about Aokiji in the Dressrosa Colosseum ? Neither did I.

So it's just waiting for a moment where a big shot comes in and wants a piece of the pie.

We're probably going to get some more information on some of them at the end of Whole Cake Island, Oda usually drops the big plot bombs between arcs. My predictions:

Assuming nothing goes terribly wrong at Whole Cake (Really, when has that ever happened?), next arc will likely be dealing with Kaido. In which case, Marco is likely to reappear since Nekomamushi is looking for him, and since Weeble is looking to take down Marco, he's likely coming too. (Plus my theory that Weeble is the one who gave Kaido his scar makes it seem like he's even more likely to come).

After Kaido and Wano Kuni, I'm expecting Blackbeard to show up, like he did at Marineford. Whatever goes down in Wano Kuni, something will have gone terribly wrong in the world and Blackbeard will be ready to exploit it. Depending on what happens on Whole Cake, he might decide to show up there as well, to take care of the competition.
