No, that's a different story...Sasuke was angry being still weak compare to Itachi because he promised his parents and Clan that one day he will avenge their death by killing Itachi while Naruto didn't need to worry about getting strong to kill Itachi and Sasuke couldn't complete that goal by playing ninja with the kids of the Hidden Leaf Village.
