Has nothing to do with Kishi, chapter 660 was just recently released officially...And there's also a 2 week break now. It's VERY unlikely that there will be a chapter today or anytime this week.

Guys, no matter if we know there is a break coming up or not, it is always stated at the bottom of the manga. Japanese New Year started today and lasts for days, he would've had time to squeeze in a chapter before he went on break. I will assume that after this update is posted (by the hungover translators), that he is going to take a break until the 15th of January. That will be the two week break everyone is talking about.

It's on delay I think due to New Years, not because of a break because I haven't seen any evidence of this.
