We can all see that ruto is giving kaguya a tough match but when can we anticipate on seeing it?? Or will it even occur?

I don't see why not. Sasuke has Indra's PS, why shouldn't Naruto get the Chakra Avatar? I guess because he is a Jinchuuriki it would out balance thing, but I wouldn't say that he won't get it atm. Tbh.
