When will Naruto Summon the Toads ?

he faced pain , who is much weaker than Madara , and still summoned toads , but here he did not summon any of them


I am sure he will , what happens then ?

He's not gonna summon them. He probably doesn't want the same thing to happen as in the Pain Arc, when Pa died. Now that he's up against Edo Madara i'm pretty sure he would be even more scared of what could happen if they fight Madara.
