[Question] When will my Rep Power go up?

I have so many rep points, and counting! The most my rep power have ever grown was to 2 when I hit 100 rep points. Now i'm at 419 and it hasn't went up once. I'm guessing like your rep points go up when you get rep points, your rep power goes up the more you give rep points? I may be wrong, just help please?

For every 1000 points of rep, you get 1 rep power.
For every 2000 posts, you get 1 rep power.
On completion of an year at NB you get 1 rep power.

Your rep power goes up by post count and years you've been on I think. Maybe amount of rep you get too, idk.

IIRC like 1000 rep points, 2000 posts, every year on the base = 1 point. Max for everyone bar Administrators is 50 rep power.
